Please read these terms carefully before booking a stay.
Welcome to Sheron Hotels & Aparts. By booking a stay with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.
1. Booking and Reservations
All bookings are currently managed through Airbnb. By making a reservation, you also agree to Airbnb's terms of service. Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from the booking platform.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
Guests must present a valid government-issued ID upon check-in. A mandatory KYC form must be filled out prior to or upon arrival. Check-in and check-out times are specified on the booking platform and must be strictly adhered to unless prior written consent is given.
3. Property Rules
- Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited unless prior consent is provided.
- Pets are only allowed in designated “Pet Friendly” properties.
- Guests are liable for any damages caused to the property or its contents during their stay.
4. Limitation of Liability
Sheron Hotels & Aparts shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your stay, including but not limited to loss of personal belongings or injuries sustained on the premises.
